Scoring

Walking Scorers

They walk with a group of players inside the ropes and keep live scores on a hand held device.

Standard Bearer

They walk along the walking scorer inside the ropes and carry the Standard that shows the group’s scores.

Honorary Observers

They help organize and provide each Honorary Observer the guidelines for them to walk with their group.

Starter

They anounce each Player as they tee off, and on the weekend as they approach the Green of hole 18.

Operations

Shuttle Drivers

They drive players from hole to hole in several points where the distances are to long for walking, or from the 9th hole to scoring.

Caddie Services

They do the caddie registration and maintain caddie area neat, prepare caddie bibs, keep in contact with laundry, and provide clean towels, tees and be ready to help the caddies with their need.

Practice Area

hey keep balls organized depending on their brands, place Driving Range names and support the Course or Tournament Staff in any need around the practice facility.

Ecology

They pick up and replace the trash bags once they are full. They do rounds on all the holes and practice facilities.

Golf Cart

They support golf cart operations and EVAC.

Logistics

Marshals

They help on crowd control, pace of play, and serve as a ball spotters throughout the course as well as traffic points for spectators and golf carts.

Volunteer Services

They register each volunteer, provide them with instructions and meal vouchers and be ready to assist different needs the ambassadors might have. They help with distribution of water and box lunches.

Parking

They help spectator parking as well as ambassadors Parking across the highway.

Fan Safety and Info

They constantly promote the safety measures related to COVID 19 and to be the “ASK ME” person for any questions spectators might have.
